Welcome, Prospective Wizard
Unseen University is the foremost institution for the study of magic, thaumaturgy, applied wizardry, theoretical wizardry, and the careful avoidance of practical wizardry.
Situated in the heart of Ankh-Morpork, the University provides a safe environment for dangerous ideas, unstable spells, and books that occasionally scream.
Visitors are advised not to touch anything glowing, humming, whispering, or asking riddles. Especially the librarians.

The Library
The University Library contains more books than is strictly healthy, including several that must be chained down for public safety. Time occasionally behaves oddly between the shelves.
Silence is mandatory. Running is optional but ill-advised.
Student Life
Student accommodation is provided, assuming the accommodation has not wandered off. Meals are plentiful, nourishing, and rarely alive.
Sporting activities are limited, following the unfortunate disappearance of competitive spellcasting.
In the event of a magical accident, remain calm, fill out Form 7B, and wait for reality to reassert itself.
Admissions
Admission is by recommendation, destiny, or accident. Prior experience with magic is optional; prior survival is preferred.
